Got this company's name from To-Fix-It. I thought all would be well since they recommend them. I completed the questionnaire on To-Fix-It and waited to hear back from Chair-A-Medic (which is supposed to be within 2 days). Five days later I got a call. They asked me to send pictures of the sofa that I wanted repaired, and I got a quote back the next day (for 30% more than other quotes I got). When I emailed back asking about specials they might be running and what the guarantee would be I never heard back.
Thinking there must be a quality reason for this price difference, I persisted and called a week later leaving a message asking for info on the guarantee. Nothing. A week later I called back again and asked for Bob (owner), and explained that I had not heard back from Lisa (office manager). He told me she had been out and would call me on Monday. Ten days ago.
