  • Best hair salon in Pittsburgh! I found Pretty on Groupon and searched their social media before my appointment. Their work is beautiful, but I was still worried no one would be able to fix my hair! Even though I was really annoying and called to cancel/reschedule about 3 or 4 times, they were very accommodating and pleasant! Jordan is the best hair stylist I've ever had. She took the time to listen to my woes and she even brought out a giant swatch book to match the color to my roots which is something no hair stylist has done for me before. She took time to understand my desires, which is one of the many reasons I really trust her! My hair was really red with with some gold streaks and I wanted to get it back to my original brown color with some sombre. Jordan exceeded my expectations and made the color even better than I could have imagined without damaging it. My hair looks sun-kissed and totally natural; the two things I hoped for, but didn't think were possible! Next, I needed a thorough, thinning haircut BAD as I have triangle head! Jordan performed a thinning technique that worked wonders! I loved the fact that she used caution not to thin too much. At the end, she took notes to keep on file of what she did to reference for my next appointment and she advised me to come back to her immediately if I wasn't happy (but I love it). I know it is only hair, but I became very emotional because this is the first time in 7 years that I walked out of a salon actually happy with everything! Jordan and Pretty truly care about their clients and they know how to do some pretty hair! I came home and my mom said she is going to Jordan for her next appointment! Thank you! Tips are cash only.
