  • What a waste of 65.00 be very careful they are either total crooks or the stupidest people on the planet. Stupid because they don't know what are doing or they thought I was an idiot that would pay over 500.00 for a bogus repair. I called this company because my AC was not cooling. Technician came out and within 2 minutes told me that the Liquid Line Filter Dryer needed to be replaced. He quoted me $450.00 and said he had installed 4 that day and didn't have the part. He said they could get the supplier to open the doors for an additional 100.00. I told them I would think about it. I then did some homework on the part and its service life. Afterwards I called another company that had a 5 star yelp reviews and asked them for a quote on replacing the filter. The tech told me that he almost never has to replace a filter because it's a sealed unit. I hired his company to diagnose and fix the problem, 156.00 total including the service called. my house is back to a nice 73 degrees.
