  • The South Etobicoke location is shady as hell. Called them to book some lessons, lady tells me to bring a $100 deposit to my first lesson plus the $30 fee for the lesson itself. I call back the day of to inquire what the deposit is for, and she asks for my name, keeps putting me on hold (everytime I asked a question, which was like 4 times), and eventually tells me that I only need to bring the $30. To me this means that she told different people different things, and she had to double check what she told me. What kind of shadiness is this? Anyway, the lesson I had was fine. My instructor spoke to me in kind of a condescending tone though which I did not appreciate. I'm 25 years old but I felt like he talked to me as if I was a teenager (which is reminiscent of my previous driving instructor who I disliked even more). At the end of the lesson I booked another one for 8:50 am on a Monday, which he said he thought should be fine but he might need to change it to 10:00 am. He said he would call me to confirm. Sunday night I still haven't heard from him so I call and leave a message. Monday morning at 8 am I still haven't heard from him but I get ready just in case. I also text him to ask if we were still having the lesson. TWO HOURS AFTER the scheduled lesson, he texts me back and all he says is "no." WELL THANKS for wasting my time and making me wake up earlier than I needed to when I was sick. Never doing business again with this company.
