  • The hotel itself is worth five stars. The room was nice, staff very friendly at checkin. Lobby was very nice with plenty of seating. The free breakfast was good and well stocked even though there were a lot of people eating. My biggest issues was with the shuttle service. You're told at check in it leaves every hour on the hour. We were in town for a baseball game and had a scheduled park tour at 3:45 before the game. 3pm shuttle was perfect. We didn't leave until 3:20 and cut it very close to the time we needed to be there. If you say the shuttle leaves at 3, I expect it to leave on time. I'm in town for recreation, but people in town for business - they are going to need to leave at the scheduled time.
