  • Went on a weekday 6pm and got the cheese tart to go, there were a number of cheese tarts on the cooling rack. I heated up the tart for a few minutes in the oven before eating, center was oozing with sweet cream cheese. New to me, but I enjoyed it. Pastry was nice and flaky, great for dipping. Left over was placed in the fridge, and was consumed cold the next day. Cold version was surprisingly good, the cream cheese wasn't runny and worked well
