  • Opened just over 3 months, Butter Baker is certainly the new rising star of delicious French pastries! This bright, little bake shop is located in the heart of downtown Toronto near Dundas and Bay (just below Trapped! Escape Room). They bake sweet and savoury pastries daily, and they also offer coffee, tea, lattes and smoothies at the shop. The croissants are absolutely heavenly, you have to come try them if you haven't already! I would recommend their Triple Chocolate Croissant and their Pork Belly and Cheddar Croissant - both very tasty :D And til this day, I am still reminiscing over that delicious Gingerbread Man Croissant I had this Christmas - it was SO EFFING GOOD - but it was a holiday special edition item D: #iwantmore! It was light and flaky, made with cream cheese creme, gingerbread crumble, toasted marshmallow and topped with a cute gingerbread man on top! Doesn't this make you drool? It sure made me drool all over again lol The creativity at Butter Baker is endless! I can't wait to try your new scrumptious products; keep up the great work :)
