  • The ambiance is not great, being in a mall by where the kids play and scream makes it hard to relax. I wanted a full body massage, but realized this wouldn't be possible, given that all the spots are in a single space. The spot I really wanted worked on was under where my sports bra sits, the closest we got to that was getting my shirt and bra moved up and a towel shoved under, so as to not get the massage oil on my clothes. Which quite honestly, was not comfortable and did not allow for her to really get my shoulders at all. I was never asked how the pressure was and quite honestly I couldn't really even feel when she was "massaging" my by body. This was by far one of the biggest wastes of cash I have ever spent and sadly was a terrible one year gift for my boyfriend (sorry babe, next time we will go to massage 1 or massage well). After getting his head crushed because the masseuse couldn't really reach his back to massage him, and having a few uh oh moments when the masseuse would smack his legs after massaging, almost smacking more than just his legs....... Quite honestly I will never be going back here or recommending this place to anyone. Massage well on West Sahara is a great place to go, I know it's a drive, but you'll get your moneys worth and they actually massage you. Or massage 1 for something closer, they are beyond phenomenal in service and standard.
