  • My loan got sold to Roundpoint last year. Have had issue after issue after issue. They didn't pay my homeowners and it took me and State Farm 6 months to get them to do it. They said they mailed a check...no check...this happened for months. Now they have screwed up and doubled my homeowners insurance amount in the escrow and I am currently on my 5th call to them in 4 weeks trying to get it resolved. Keep getting told it will be fixed, I will get a call back, etc...of course it never happens. They are absolute morons. I'm going to do my best to post a bad review everywhere I can and to report them to the BBB. Oh, and btw, I pay my mortgage on time.
