  • DO NOT Use this company! Just like everyone states the sales/tech just throw numbers out of the air, they totally BS their way thought it. Do not get me wrong my door needed some work as the builder did was substandard. They charged me $430 for a Craftsman 1/2 HP that cost $149.99 at Sears instead of what I wanted a LIftmaster. I decided to pay to have the door overhauled with new rollers, bearings, springs, drums and cables. After they left I noticed that the tech DID NOT change the old garage door opener sensors with the new ones and they were the same cables that were originally in stalled. I could tell this because when the garage was painted half the cords got sprayed with the off white paint. Did he really think I would not notice?? I had mentioned I had one of their online coupons and the tech told me that he included it.. yeah, right. This place is a SCAM. THIS IS NOT A SPAM review as Precision doors would like you to think by their response. Just because ABC is not in your "data base" does not mean it is not a real review it is because there are too many creepy people on the internet not to use a "user name". To be fair, I did dispute the charge on my credit and and won. Because of this, I finally got a call back from Precision Garage Doors GM, they gave me the correct garage door opener but it took another three visits to get the door straightened out. On April 17, 2014 I received the following message via YELP. Hello, my name is Travis A. I'm the field manager for precision Garage Door. I've been reviewing these reviews and they personally concern me. I want to help you and give you a full refund and come to mutual grounds?? I believe I can make you happy with our mutual offer. Please call me @ 623-432-2896. Intrigued, replied that day and spoke to Travis. He asked that I take this review down if he came out and looked at my garage door and made me happy. I told him I did not want anyone touching my garage door since it took numerous visits to get things straightened out from the first time they touched my garage door. but there was no offer of a refund as stated in his initial email. I told him I would think about it and I did. I sent him a note via YELP a week later saying if I was refunded for the nightmare they put me through a year ago I would take the review down. As expected I never received a reply or a refund. So my review will stay up in hopes that no one else will go through what I did. To those of you that have received the exact email, did they actually give you a refund or was this just another bait and switch tactic?
