  • I came in to get a pedicure and gel polish on my finger nails on Thursday 10/13. The salon is very dusty and old looking, the Polish is clumpy and how they have there gel painted on the fake nails to show the colors looks like my 3 year old painted them, the water for the pedicure bowl was ice cold a worker filled a bowl up with warm water from the back room and put it in the bowl. The gentleman taking care of my feet could not paint good the Polish looks chunky and the pumice stone had dead skin all over it. While taking of the gel polish he used a metal drill in which I might add RUINED my nails, he didn't know how to apply the the hard gel polish, he didn't apply a primer. I asked him to put pink over the hard gel since they are now discolored from him drilling to deep. He didn't understand what I was talking about so someone else had to finish up. I was kinda happy with the end result and he said it should last 2 weeks or more. Ok well that's a lie. The very next day they were lifting, the hard gel was soft and several areas looks like the Polish ripped off. They say they are open until 7pm I called at 6pm no answer. I will definitely not recommend this salon to anyone ever. I would rather pay the few extra dollars to have quality work done and cleanliness.
