  • I rarely shop at Ulta and when I do...it's never at this location. I was reminded today why I go to Arroyo Crossing. Simply, this store and their employees are trashy. The store is a mess. Anyone who thinks this store is clean...I'd hate to see their home. Truly. Items thrown about on displays. Items mixed in with others. The travel size stand by the registers are no only clustered together but their a right wreck. Bins are empty or stocked with items other than what is marked. I actually came here twice today, the 2nd time to exchange a shampoo for a conditioner as I ended up with 2 shampoos this morning. The lady who helped me was with the exchange was there 4 hours earlier at the same spot. She was rude this morning & even more unpleasant this afternoon. She's older, overweight, glasses with some wild fluffy hair. She wasn't friendly, genuinely OR faking it, just rude. To everyone. The other employees there were in their own world doing whatever they were doing. The line to pay is always long. There is NEVER enough registers open. My 3/4 visit in 10 years...at least they're consistent in the rude & disgusting store factor.
