  • We just started coming here. Yesterday was our second visit with Dr. Sri. 1st visit was a pleasant "get to know" my son. He spoke highly to my son, complimenting him on his manners, his attitude, etc. We needed an MRI and Dr Sri to a minute to joke with my son to relax him, telling him about the procedure. Yesterday's visit, routine "go over results." I have trigeminal neuralgia, so I'm quite familiar with the brain and procedures, surgeries, etc. When he told me my son needs to see a neurosurgeon for further consultation, I started to cry, but quickly regained composure. He explained the situation, the different remedies for his condition, albeit common and "simple," and treated the conversation as such. I just think a little more bedside manner would have been nice. OH and his support staff are ok. His nurse is nice and funny.
