  • So since writing my first review (which was penned from the comfort of a hotel room), I have moved into my new home only to discover the air conditioning didn't work... at all. Maybe Patriot Air was right, I thought. Maybe my system is on its last legs. Maybe I should give him $6,000 of my hard earned money in exchange for the promise of cool air. And then... a friend came over to install our dryer and it wouldn't turn on... a little Nancy Drew type sleuthing later and Lo! and behold! Patriot Air had TURNED OFF THE BREAKER SO MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WOULD APPEAR BROKEN. My house has been in the nineties and unbearably hot. I am only glad no one got ill from heat exhaustion or, worse, died. I will definitely be complaining to the better business bureau. My advice: You're better off making a deal with the devil than this lot.
