  • Seafood in the desert? i was not convinced that a seafood restaurant was a good ides, but I was wrong. Emeril's was top notch, from service, to wine, starters to entree. My scottish salmon with bbq and potato hash with andouiee far exceeded my expectations. I intend to eat here every time I am in Vegas.
