  • Have visited Houdini's every time I come into town. They have always impressed me with their willingness to demo any and every illusion they have in the shop with expert level magicians. They seem to be getting a bit long in the tooth though and dumbing down their selection. They are still showing the same stuff I learned 20 years ago as there must have items. There are so many new techniques and illusion available online that you would think that Houdini's would update their selections to stay competitive. And use there advantage of being able to demo it in person. Would highly recommend it for the grandma wanting to buy her middle schoolers some nice starter sets but for people who have more than experience or looking for the newest gimmicks,this is not the place for you.
