rev:text	I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I ordered the poutine "Elvis". It came with mushrooms, ground beef, green peppers and onions. The cheese curds were squeaky, a must for an authentic poutine. However, what let me down was the fries and gravy. The fries weren't crispy and the gravy didn't have a beefy taste to it. If you 'must' come here for the poutine, get the regular size. Portions are humongous!
