rev:text	I lived here since it was called Broadstone Azure. Never had an issue the year being there. After I renewed my lease and the new owners took over, there seemed to be a lack of communication. I switched to another apt due to the noisy people that moved in above me. They moved me to the back even though we had agreed on another apt, I guess that one was no longer available even though they said it was, no matter I was content feeling "hey stuff happens" after only being in that new location 3 months my apt was broken into. I did not feel safe being back there and asked to be moved since it was unsafe. They said "Yes of course! No problem!" Then 3 days later coming in to see which apt. they had instead they tried to charge me a transfer fee of almost $300. I didn't agree with that at all! They would not budge either. Ended up contacting the owner and they told me a few weeks later they would cover the cost but by that point I was fully unpacked and tired of dealing with them. They refuse to change out the light bulbs like they used too and you need to come out of pocket for and you need a step ladder to get to. Have had the water shut off on me in the middle of the day on two separate occasions, I would have to go in there to find out they were working on it and it would be resolved the next day. I have a med dog that has never received any complaints the 4 years I've lived in various Apts to all of a sudden have notices on my door. Quality of the people living here has gone way down! I don't feel safe here!
