  • Went to five different places to replace a pin in my Movado band, which was also missing the screws to hold it in place. Was told it couldn't be done. Was told by Movado dealer that it would have to be returned to Movado and could take up to 12 weeks. Stopped into Watch Out was told same but he offered didn't scenarios that might work and he'd try. Within 10 minutes my watch was fixed and the lack of screws were barely noticeable. I was ready for a new watch, but will keep this one a little while longer since I just replaced the 5yr battery. Job Well Done!!!!
