  • Wow! Clearly this place has gone downhill. Looking at my previous review, this gym now no longer offers towels! Yep... ZERO towels So they went from offering your selection of either a big towel or hand towel , to only hand towels, to having to ask for them, to NOTHING at all! There seems to be conflicting stories about how this came to be but apparently he (the owner) was fed up with the machine breaking that he ripped it out and is not replacing it. I guess it goes to show you how disconnected this business is with its customers. I am afraid to tell them their water fountain upstairs has only hot water for fear they will take away the drinking fountains next. Seems to me, the owner is trying to make up for lost money on the largely unsuccessful Troon location and also trying to pay the bills for the PT cruiser or large moving truck they have parked in their parking lot littered with Freedom Fitness advertisement. What a shame. Maybe the owner and a few other members think using gym towels and cleaning up is below them, but a majority of people do not. Pretty soon, this neglect for clients that are not meat heads will catch up to them.
