  • i love lush they have the best skin & facial cleanser, better than the super market cleanser. They also have pretty fair prices for their products. Walking in of course there is an amazing fragrance in the air. My friend came in knowing exactly what she wanted but was also looking around. 25-30 mins passed by still scooping for help. My friend said "Im waiting to be helped" loud enough for the associate carly (i believe thats how you spell it) to hear. we know that she was helping others but shes been helping them the WHOLE time we were there! we've been saying we need help out loud a few times. But Carly finally snatched her head around quick enough to know that she instantly had an attitude. her words were and i quote "you want help? you need help? what do you need?" it doesnt sound that bad but she said it in a aggressive tone. it actually startled me back a little because lush is known for good customer service and amzing products. Im definitely not recommending this lush to anyone. Thank god for frank he told us the ropes for everything and how it effects our face. love lush, not the service.
