CNJ was sent out by my home warranty company to fix a toilet that continued to run but would not fill. We had a number of guests staying at our house and needed it done immediately. First he looked at it and said a piece was merely disconnected. Then he said he had to replace it and it would take 2 days to get the part although there was no question the part could be found in any plumbing supply company. I cancelled them and contacted Anthony's Plumbing. Robert came right out, saw the problem, and went to a supply house returning with the part in 30 minutes. He fixed the problem in under 1 hour total. Clearly, the CNJ rep only wanted to get out of there and on to his next appointment. Whatever you do, don't go near CNJ for service.
