  • I signed a contract with this company in Dec. 2014 and they finished installation of the system by May 2015 and had it running by June 03, 2015 under a net metering with Nevada Energy. For the past 3 billings, Nevada Energy has shown that Vision Solar designed and installed an undersized system because the system has only produced an average of 625 kwh/mo compared to my actual average consumption of 3000kwh/mo. Thus I ended up with an accumulated 3 months bill from Nevada Energy for a whopping $1200! I contacted this company twice thru my energy advisor Jonah, all he said was to call this company. So I called up this company and in turn this company told me to contact Sunnova. I did and Toiya Jacobs of Sunnova created a case for me. No email received from Sunnova up to now and I've followed up 3 times. My energy advisor Jonah of Vision Solar is absolutely no help while Vision Solar doesn't do anything but tell me to contact Sunnova. Now I'm stuck with an undersized system and still paying Nevada Energy for most of my energy. This company has very poor customer service and so does Sunnova. To summarize this, poor system design and poor customer service.
