I go here more for the people than for the coffee. It's normally too sweet for me (but still always good!) and I usually stick to their green tea, but it doesn't bother me enough to not come. I've made a few friends here and the atmosphere is always fun and everyone is always so nice. I have never had a bad experience until I came here on Monday (I want to give this 4 1/2 stars cause this is my only complaint that I hope I will not experience again). When I went to the front window no one was there to help me. Kind of odd as I always walk up and someone is there ready to take my order. There was a group of guys standing in the back having a bro talk and I proceeded to look at them and hope one would help me. A couple looked over at me once but turned back to their conversation like I wasn't a customer or anything (if they were in a meeting, sure, but it didn't seem like it). I stood there for a few minutes until a guy making drinks looked over and asked if I had been helped yet. He freaked out when I said no and grabbed someone quickly. I finally got helped, but I was very disappointed that I had to wait THAT long to get one of the thousand people working there to help me. All of the stars are for the guy who grabbed a worker for me. None of the stars are for the big shots in the back having a bro time. Love the place still and I'll go back because one bad experience isn't going to keep me away from that green tea.
