  • What a fabulous service!! I called and left a message with the answering service and Richard returned my call within the hour. I scheduled the appointment with Richard and he arrived on time and ready to go! His experience with dogs was very apparent when dealing with my two very quirky Basset Hounds. My 80-pound male hates to get his nails done, but Richard made it very quick and non-traumatic - thank you so much. They are clean, smell good, and best of all, they didn't have to get in the car and leave home to sit around a doggy salon and wait their turn. THANK YOU RICHARD - from your newest "regular."
