  • We cannot say enough about Creative. This was the 1st time we have used a moving company. We've heard horror stories about damaged and/or missing goods, so we shied away from the idea, thinking that it would be too stressful. We moved July 29, 2010. Today is August 13, 2010, and we still find ourselves saying....WOW!!!! The team of guys who moved us were Conrad, Jesse, and Rene. To say that these guys are AWESOME is still not good enough. Conrad is the Owner, and he was one of the movers, working just as hard as the rest of the team. In today's society, that is something that is a rare find. We have never met a more professional group of guys. They are all so well groomed and personable. They were so amazingly kind, respectful, and so considerate of our needs. They didn't stand or sit around wasting time on our dime. They worked in unison to get the job done. In fact, this team worked so hard, that we would have been okay with them taking a break. We had heavy furniture, and a boatload of it. They did not flinch, complain, or miss a beat. They are organized, very neat and careful, clearly taking pride in who they are, and what they do. Look, we know there are tons of moving companies out there, and we do not pretend to know their work ethic. What we do know is...Creative Moving and Packing has impeccable work ethic, and their quality of work is second to none. Being consumers, we recognize that Outstanding customer service is difficult to find. This type of service used to come to you, now unfortunately, if you want it, you almost have to go out and look for it. Because we are so completely blown away by the service we received, we plan to post this review on every site that we can. If anyone out there is considering a moving company to take care of their relocation needs, we would highly encourage you to consider Conrad and the Team at Creative Moving and Packing. Trust us, you will be so happy you did, because they DO NOT disappoint.
