UPDATE: Jared came out today and helped me with my roofing issue. He was very professional and polite. I'm glad that they were able to correct the bad experience that I had with sending someone out today. He arrived early, was smart and helped me understand the issues. Huge thank you to Jared!
Very unprofessional! I scheduled an estimate meeting 2 weeks ago for today between 10 am and noon. My roof is 7 year old roof (replaced by them) and it's leaking in my dining room through a light fixture. I receive a call at 10:12 am today by a female employee stating that she has bad news. I was told that the estimator is running severely behind due to his truck breaking down and they asked me to reschedule with them for Monday. Unable to reschedule, I was left with no option for an appointment today. I don't appreciate getting a call during my appointment window time asking to reschedule for next week! I left the office at 9:30 am to be home and took the remainder of the day to work from home when I really wanted to be in the office. If this is how they treat me during the consultation appointment, I can be left to wonder how they will treat me during service appointments! Bad business Overson!
