  • I've had 2 experiences with this company. The first one being with the purchase of a Groupon for an alignment 2 months ago. I took my car in and 20 minutes later they came to tell me they couldn't do the alignment because my left tire was shredded. I knew it was extremely worn so I took responsibility for it being that bad and took my car and left. Today, I brought my boyfriends truck in for an alignment purchased with Groupon as well. They took the truck back and again, came out and said they couldn't do the alignment because the wheel bearings and ball joints had to be fixed first. The estimate was for $800. I'm a bit annoyed at this point. I feel like this company entices you with a cheap Groupon only to pull your car up and tell you they can't do the alignment unless you have all of this other work done first. The people were friendly and seemed very homey, but I am not fond of wasting time out of my busy day to just be told the work can't be done. If your car isn't in perfect condition, I wouldn't bother with bringing it in.
