  • I love Macy's but had a bad experience at this store. We came into the store to purchase an all new bedding set. We had an associate helping us that was very nice. We were about half way through getting what we needed when another associate asked if we needed help. We told her that we were already being helped. She said, "no, that person works in furniture, I'm in bedding." We were looking at some various sets, wanted to be sure especially since we were going to spend close to $1500. We think she got annoyed and she disappeared and never came back to help. We decided to just not get anything as we were perturbed that she blew us off. We did end up ordering what we wanted online instead.
