Good atmosphere, solid portions, good solid home cooking/comfort food.
Cinnamon roll was tasty, I recommend getting a biscuit with your meal and a side of gravy...yum.
I had the Farmer (2 eggs, potatoes and a chicken fried steak). Eggs were cooked to perfection, potatoes were well seasoned, but cut too big...guess I'm a hash man. The chicken fried steak was touted to me by the server as "awesome". I give it an average at best.
I'll come back, the biscuits and gravy are definitely on the agenda.
Service was pretty good/attentive, but our food arrived very staggered. Polite table companions waited for everyone leaving their eggs a little cold...no bueno.
Good open air atmosphere and homey decor. Definitely worth the try for a solid breakfast. I could see a hangover dying in this place. Enjoy
