  • I would not recommend you move in to PLV and definitely not an apartment on the first floor. The traffic noise and constant construction is a deterrent. It is loud and the walls are thin so you will hear noise from the outside and the inside. The building management has also changed repeatedly within the past year so there is no consistency in personnel. I had seven separate leaks in my apartment in a 14 month period. Many tenants have moved out and they are having difficulty leasing space. You may be able to cut a deal but I think you can find a better and less expensive option elsewhere.
