I purchased a bbq grill and they offered to assemble it. I was told it would be ready to pick up two day later. I came back to pick it up and they couldn't find the grill in the assembly order or even in the system. After about fifteen minutes of them searching for the transaction, the customer service rep tells me the assembler called out sick for the past three days and that is why my grill hasn't been assembled. He assures me that my grill will be assembled in two more days. Due to a death in the family it took me two weeks to get back to pick my grill up. I was sure that they would tell me they were wondering if I was going to show up. Ha ha. What a joke. A different customer service rep starts off by not being able to find the transaction (with the friggen receipt) and again cant find my grill!!!!!!!!!! I waited about thirty minutes before they said I could take the assembled display on the floor. Not only did I have to ask for help loading it, I had to pull it from the floor to my truck without assistance!! When I finally got it tied down in the bed of the truck, it was wobbling and had not been assembled and tightened correctly. This place is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. I would have just cancelled the transaction but I was unable to find this particular grill anywhere else. I will never go back to that store again. I will also be sending a detailed email to lowes corporate office.
