  • It's Nobu. It set the gold standard for Japanese fusion cuisine. A lot of Japanese restaurants have copied Nobu's dishes (Miso Black Cod, Japaneno Yellowtail), so you know they're doing something right, 20+ years after the original opened in New York City. I can't really add anything that hasn't already been said. Treat yourself and go.
