  • When I first moved into the apartments, there was another office manager named Jessica. She was well aware of her company policies and was very fair. After she left, Monica replaced her. Monica is unhelpful, harassing, and rude. When I questioned her three times why my bill had been incorrect, she just shrugged it off saying "No one trained me" or "No one showed me how to do that". Well after I asked her to please figure it out and not to overcharge my bill anymore, she invoiced me for one penny. I was not sure if this was a snub or if she was serious, either way I complained to her manager Clay (how never was helpful). This turned out to be a big mistake. Clay had shown the complaint to Monica (real professional Clay) and now Monica held a grudge towards me. Fast forward a few months later and my car, along with two others, had been broken into. I went to explain to Monica J that the back of the apartments where I lived was poorly light and was very inviting to would be thiefs. Her response: "I read your complaint about me, why don't you just move out". Monica then had lights installed on the car port areas where it was really dark. The only problem was that these lights would not provide enough light of the swankiest of wine bars. The lights barely make it to the ground. Just look at the lights and ask yourself why? The reason why is Monica does not have a grasp on reality. Even the handy man installing them questioned the amount of money spent on the lights and how much they were actually providing light. Congrats Living Well Homes, Monica wasted money on those lights when they could have gone to improvements in the community. Monica lied to me and made it very difficult for me to get my security deposit (its been over three weeks now and I have not got it). Monica would send me emails threatening to fine me for things that I did not do (nor did she have proof) just to intimidate me and cause me financial harm. I also had to explain to Monica what renters insurance versus liability insurance was because my apartment flooded while I was away and no one told me. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Monica and her "boss" have both provide them selves unprofessional and incompetent.
