  • Frank helped us last year in an emergency situation to find a rental and he really came through and saved us so we called him this spring when we were ready to buy our first home. We found the perfect house for our family pretty shortly in a very difficult market and Frank worked very quickly to make sure we got it. We went back and forth with the sellers for a few days and he always responded and acted right away to keep things rolling along. He did a great job walking us through this tough process as first time buyers, always willing to answer every question we could come up with and had great recommendations for other services especially our mortgage lender and structural engineer at the last minute.
