  • This salon was recommended by a friend of mine I called around 3 o'clock this afternoon to schedule an appointment someone answered the phone rude, rushy, and very unwelcoming, I asked to make an appointment for a haircut and she told me she doesn't make appointments she would have the receptionist call back in 20 minutes to schedule something. That's fine, you cut hair but don't make appointments, makes sense, but it's now 8 o'clock and no one has contacted me. If this is the way their customer service is over the phone I definitely do not want to know how it is in person. I will NEVER go to this salon, thanks to the snob who answered the phone who may or may not have actually written my number down and if she did, thanks to the receptionist who never called me back.
