  • Insurance Company recommended 2 vendors when I got into an accident causing almost $8500 worth of damage to my front end. I called the other company they suggested first - big national company with (obviously) too many offices to manage. I got a recorded line and the run-around. Then I called Arizona Collision Specialists and really glad that I did! My car was complicated and had several twists for a variety of reasons. The owner/manager of the place called me directly, took the matter into his own hands, and walked me through one of the best experiences I've had with any business. I am in a business where customer service is the most important component. This team gets it! They are well-trained, responsive, attend to details, and understand how to get the job done right and treat people well. Bravo guys! You have a big fan here!!
