  • AWFUL, horrible, waste of money! SKIP ADT and pick another company. I wish I had stayed with Monitronics instead of wasting my money on ADT and Protect Your Home. The tech left a mess and lots of holes in my walls. There is a huge chunk missing-looks gouged out of the wall. I had to clean up after he left. He was more interested in talking on his phone and smoking cigarettes than installing the alarm properly. Unfortunately, if I cancel the service I am still responsible for 75% of the contract, which I can't afford. Save your money, buy a dog or pick another company.
