| - After dealing with companies that sell goods and services for more than 60 yrs now, I have come to know a quality company exhibits three basic traits; how they treat you before the sale, their product pricing, warranties, guarantees, etc, during the sale, and how they treat you after the sale - especially if there is a change request. The later is really a demonstration of what their "quality" rating is worth to me.
I must say, this company exhibits all of the aforementioned characteristics. Their sales rep was very professional, easy to work with and was very responsive. Honestly, I thought it would be a hassle to accommodate my request. Each time I called, the sales rep was either readily available, or I would get a call back the same day.
My situation was unique, as I made a deposit for a system, but due to no fault of them, I had to reschedule the installation. I thought the process of requesting a refund would be a hassle, but to my surprise, they were willing and professional; and the transaction was processed the same day. It's not often a business responds so quickly and courteously as did Wilcox Brothers.
It's for the aforementioned reasons I am happy to have selected them for the installation of my irrigation system.
