  • Wow these guys have customer service down! The online order process is great but when I went to check out, my "same day local delivery" birthday basket was no longer available. So I called and spoke to Maria who made a quick adjustment without hesitation and said she would take care of everything! She wasn't kidding, the order was processed and delivered within two hours of my speaking to her! Plus the delivery guy Brian even took the time to call me to say he had personally dropped off the basket! Impressive. Thanks for making a special day more special! Highly recommend them
