  • Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare!! If you are looking for a company that values you as a customer and is professional, this is not the company for you. We signed a contract in the fall for a small job we needed completed. After that we had to chase them down to do the work. When they finally showed up it was mid November and no one ever scheduled with us. We were not able to complete the job due to the lack of scheduling. Against better judgement we tried again this spring. This is when the customer service rose to a new level of terrible! Once again chasing people down for answers, to return calls and to give them our business. The people became rude, unhelpful and acted like their time was much more valuable than our own. We were told the original estimate would be honored and they may even be able to give us an even better deal due to our past experience. Then we were told we need another estimate and it may be higher then the fist... Needless to say, we have to take our business elsewhere. It is very time consuming, frustrating and disappointing to work with such an unprofessional company. Proceed with caution!!!!
