  • This Volkswagen dealership has the best service department in Charlotte. The customer service is unbelievable. I recently took my car in for its 20,000 mile inspection, had to get a couple parts replaced, and my tires rotated/oil filter replaced. There was extensive work that needed to be done, and I was worried that I would have to wait a couple weeks for all the parts to come in. They had all the parts in inventory, and they managed to get everything done by the end of the day. Also, they had a complimentary car service that could take you where you needed to be for that day. The service representative was also helpful and honest with what needed to be replaced, and were able to fix items that originally I thought needed to be replaced. I will definitely go back again for my next inspection!
