rev:text	You WILL NOT receive more personalized, caring service at any other fertility center in Vegas! Trust me, I have had a consultation in all of them. Every review here has five stars thus far and it is because of Dr.Fisch and his team's amazing care. His practice is new, but he is not. He worked at Sher Institute for over a decade as Medical Director and ventured out a year ago to open his own practice. I love that the practice is still small, probably not for long with word-of-mouth and all these amazing reviews, and individualized. It is important to note that I am writing this review before I know whether I am pregnant because either result does not negate how wonderful my experience has been. He gave my husband and I a free 2-hour consultation that blew me away. I had paid up to $267 for a consult at another facility in town for 20 minutes of time. Dr.Fisch has been involved in every aspect where as other facilities grace you with the doctor's presence once or twice. Suzette, RN and office manager, is amazing has been since the first phone conversation I had with her. She always asks, "what can I do to help you?" She told me during the first conversation that they offer "concierge" fertility services and it is definitely true. Juanita, another nurse, was in my ultrasound on Friday (first time I met her) where my husband and I got some bad news that will set us back a cycle. Juanita looked concerned, sad for us, and involved in the ultrasound for the entirety. I'm probably the 100th patient she has seen and she made me feel like I was the first. That goes for Dr Fisch and Suzette as well. Dr Fischer always says, "you WILL get pregnant", " when you ARE pregnant," which makes us feel as confident as him. I could go on for hours, but I digress. Hopefully we will by doing our first IVF cycle in December and I can edit this review with good news:). I hope this practice has the same personal, small, caring feeling when we come back for baby #2. Good luck to everyone! BTW...... his pricing is more reasonable than anywhere else!
