  • If there was a way to give negative stars I would!!! My experience started off great, as I was just going there for a simple oil change. I dropped off my car and the man at the front was fine, and my oil was changed very quickly. When I got there they told me that everything looked good, except my oil pan gasket was leaking and i should bring it back to the dealer to have it repaired as it should be covered. I appreciated that they were not trying to sell me on getting it done there. However after speaking with several auto mechanics to get prices (unfortunately it was not covered under my warranty), everyone told me that they would of course have to do an oil change when repairing the gasket and that Precision Tune Auto Care would have known that. I called back and spoke with the Manager/Owner Jeff or Jesse (not sure what he was) and asked him why they moved forward with the oil change knowing that once I got it repaired I would virtually be getting another oil change. The man immediately got nasty with me and told me that wasn't his job. HIs job was to only do the job i asked him to do (which apparently didn't include using his common sense), and that he "did me a favor" by telling me that the gasket was leaking. He refused to give me back my money and told me to call the complaint line. If you can believe it, Ronnie (the complaint department), was even worse. Although he wasn't nasty, after I explained to him everything that happened he told me corporate changed the policy to not call when something is wrong because people got mad and then complained even more. How does this even make sense?? He told me there was nothing he could do. I then called corporate, who told me that Ronnie had the final word. Absolutely positively useless. This company is only out to make money!! DO NOT bring your vehicle here!! They do not care about their customers and will just give you the run around. Thankfully I didn't lose much, but I could only imagine how angry I'd be if either more money was involved or they messed up my car. STAY AWAY!
