  • I have been a cutomer here quite a long time. The food is good ( not the best in the valley by far), but today when I went to lunch, they lost my business. It was simpy a matter of being polite. I wasn't aware that using a debit card cost me an extra fee, when I questioned my total being higher than it should, the man behind the counter was incredibly rude. He asked if I read the sign on the counter, I said no because it's buried among many things. The man continued to be rude. I am not making a big deal about the dollar fee, it's the rock bottom, horrid customer service. I hope it was worth it to be so rude. They've lost a long time customer over a dollar and an extremely rude employee. So long Cuginos...
