We went to a movie here last night and found it to be impossible. First of all the area is not considered safe... it was very sketchy. You have to pull into the mall's garage and once you leave your car you find that there is absolutely no signs guiding you to the theater. We asked and someone told us where to go. We walked through the mall past vacant retailer space and empty restaurants to the AMC entry where it was unmanned. Luckily we purchased our tickets online. We then found out, by luck that after waiting in a 15 minute concessions line (only one employee) that this is also where you get your ticket for entry. So if we did ask where we got the tickets while spending $14 on one drink and a small popcorn we would have had to stand in the line again to get our tickets. By the way the scanner was broken so the frustrated employee had to manually enter a long confirmation number. The theater was empty and dirty. We had to remove popcorn from our seats. When the movie ended, we went back to the car to exit the garage to find that it would cost $12 to leave. Luckily, there was a guy sweeping up that came to the toll area to let us out. He explained that the movie theater never tells the customer to validate the tickets for free parking to save money. AMC FAILS IT CUSTOMERS IN EVERY WAY AT THIS THEATER!!! We will never ho back. Just a little effort on their part would have made a difference. It really sucked to see a movie there!
