  • Buyer beware! Just took my son in to get his glasses repaired. Purchased the warranty when we bought his glasses originally back in June, 2015. Came in and found out that not only is there a $25 co-pay (which we were never told about), but the co-pay is TAXED on top of that!!! I have never walked into a doctors office and had to pay a co-pay that was taxed!!! It seems completely ludicrous to me. Their sales people did not communicate the complete information about their warranty program. Be aware that there is a co-pay and that you WILL BE taxed for it each and every time you access their warranty!!!
