  • Came here on the night of the Cactus Lighting and this place was Jam Packed! Never been here before, but I thought I'd bring the kids. It was fun and definitely very busy. The chocolate factory viewing was like standing a Krispy Kreme, but without the workers and no chocolate being made. (Bummer) That would have been a nice touch - so people can see how it all comes together. Maybe next year .... The only 2 downsides - were, the wait for hot chocolate! It was pretty chaotic, no one knew where the lines started and stopped...and some registers had signs for hot chocolate, but when you got there - they forgot to tell you they'd run out. The other downside was the "Ice skating rink". There is no ice. It's some sort of hard white plastic and people we're paying $15 to skate on - Pass! The chocolates were Yummy and so much to choose from.
