  • I've been going to this place for about a year and everything was going perfectly fine until I brought in a brand new wool sweater...they asked if I washed this at home before and I told them no I never have and that I only bought this 2 weeks ago. A few days before I was supposed to pick it up they called me to ask the same question, and I once again said no I have never washed this at home. When I came to pick it up they showed me the sweater and it was so tiny....I asked them what happened and she said "well you wash it at home so it shrunk here". I tried arguing saying that I've repeatedly told them I've never washed it, it is made out of wool how is it possible that a dry cleaner misses that? She explained I don't know we were told it was washed at home. They offered to try and re-stretch it, but no luck to get it back to the same shape... They didn't apologize or offer me any sort of refunds. I won't be going back.
