  • So sad. I have been coming to This car wash since 2007.. I Always used to be satisfied with the wash and service provided however in recent times I have not. A few weeks ago I got a car wash special #1, the teenagers who were cleaning it were just standing around my car laughing while the main guy who must have been working here forever did all the cleaning. I got in my car, drove off and realized I couldn't even see out my back window because it was all smudged. I chalked it up to poor training and was willing to give the wash another try when I came in today. My car had mud on the exterior (which a drive through wash took care of) and a little on the interior because I got stuck in mud. When I pulled up I was greeted with a smile and the man said, "no worries we can take care of it!" I purchased the most expensive of the specials because my car was dirtier than normal. When I got to my car, my floor mat was still covered in mud. I asked, "are my floor mats not included?" He said no problem I'll fix them. I handed him a tip and then the old white guy came up and said "you're car was filthy, you needed a detail" with the worst attitude I've ever been given as a paying customer. He was a complete a**hole to me, continuing to make rude remarks. If my car was too dirty (might I add that THEY washed it 3 weeks ago and the only thing abnormal was a little bit of mud inside) for a $30 car wash then maybe it should be communicated with me at the beginning that I need a detail. One employee made it a point to catch my attention and shake his head at me. I was furious! What kind of service is that? DUH my car was dirty, that's why I came to get it washed. This car wash has lost mine and my family's business forever. I can't believe how poor the customer service has gotten throughout the years. Get it together!!!
